How to Poach Eggs

Poaching has never been so easy!
Place the egg cooker on a clean, dry surface
Remove the lid and cooking tray
Fill a measuring cup to the omelet/poached indicator line with colored water. Pour cold water onto the heating plate.
Use butter or use non-stick spray on the poaching tray
Break 1 egg into each section
(This step is essential) Place cooking tray on base and place poaching tray on top of cooking tray
Place the lid on top of the unit and plug it into the wall outlet. Press power to start the cooking process.
