How to Poach Eggs

• Poaching has never been so easy!
• Place the egg cooker on a clean, dry surface
• Remove the lid and cooking tray
• Fill a measuring cup to the omelet/poached indicator line with colored water. Pour cold water onto the heating plate.
• Use butter or use non-stick spray on the poaching tray
• Break 1 egg into each section
• (This step is essential) Place cooking tray on base and place poaching tray on top of cooking tray
• Place the lid on top of the unit and plug it into the wall outlet. Press power to start the cooking process.
