How to Poach Eggs
- Poaching has never been so easy!
- Place the egg cooker on a clean, dry surface
- Remove the lid and cooking tray
- Fill a measuring cup to the omelet/poached indicator line with colored water. Pour cold water onto the heating plate.
- Use butter or use non-stick spray on the poaching tray
- Break 1 egg into each section
- (This step is essential) Place cooking tray on base and place poaching tray on top of cooking tray
- Place the lid on top of the unit and plug it into the wall outlet. Press power to start the cooking process.
